Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Processing times may vary during high-volume periods.

  • Shipping Time: Once processed, orders are shipped via standard or expedited shipping methods, with estimated delivery times of 5-10 business days depending on the destination.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and delivery speed.

  • International Shipping: We currently [do/do not] offer international shipping. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees or duties.

  • Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages: Retraite is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after shipment. Customers must file claims directly with the shipping carrier.

  • Incorrect Address: Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer must cover reshipment costs.
